  • Built the supplier onboarding lifecycle with Finance sign-off, multi-subsidiary vendors and Electronic Bank Payments bank details, with fingerprint change detection that re-flags a vendor for verification on any bank change.
  • Provisioned ~159,000 GL validation combinations into a six-level Coupa billing-string hierarchy (1.28 million API operations per full walk), and replaced hard-coded crosswalks with dynamic subsidiary and item-master resolution for invoices and credits.
  • Delivered payment write-back at applied-line grain, Coupa Pay virtual-card settlement, expenses and budget sync, plus a SuiteScript 2.1 Integration Control Centre and a Node.js tool for fail-closed production promotion.

  • Issued NetSuite invoices and credit memos through Fortnox under Swedish e-invoicing rules, with an audit-grade COA framework and SuiteTax-to-Swedish-VAT mapping that reconcile line by line for Skatteverket.

  • Gated write tools (journals, credit memos, PO approvals, bank reconciliation) behind a two-phase preview-then-confirm flow, with Token-Based Authentication, role-based tool exposure, JSON-schema validation and prompt-injection defences.
  • Ran under a Zero Data Retention arrangement with Anthropic, with a custom audit record logging every agent tool call for a SOX-defensible trail.
  • Built a Claude orchestration layer and finance control-panel dashboard targeting billing accuracy and revenue leakage across the USA, India and France, with human approval before any write-back.
