Do you work with non-UK clients?
Yes — I work remotely with clients globally. Past engagements have spanned the UK, EU, US, Japan, India, Brazil, Mexico and Australia.
What's a typical engagement length?
Anywhere from a 2-week project recovery sprint to a 12+ month OneWorld implementation. I take on advisory, short-term and long-term work.
Are you available for short engagements?
Yes — particularly for project health-checks, NetSuite audits, and rescue work where a fresh pair of expert eyes can unblock things fast.
Do you offer fixed pricing?
For well-scoped work — yes. For discovery, recovery, or work where the scope genuinely isn't clear yet, time-and-materials is fairer to both sides.
Do you work alone or with a team?
I deliver most engagements solo. For larger implementations, I assemble a trusted network of NetSuite specialists and bring them in as needed.
NDA and data security?
Happy to sign your NDA before any detailed discussion. I work to GDPR standards and never share client specifics without explicit permission.
